He was super honest with us about our situation and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He told us it wasn't a foundation issue, but a landscaping issue. So therefore, we didn't need his services. But he continued to walk us through our house and exterior anyway. He gave us tools to patch our grading problem and helpful tips to keep our foundation in good shape. He is even providing us with contacts to help us.
